1. Upgraded ArcGIS Engine to version 10. All users using
ArcGIS Engine will need to upgrade from version 9.3.1 to version 10
in order to use ArcGIS Engine with this version of SignalTrack.

1. Added ability to transmit audio from a remote site to the network
control site via an Ehternet connection
2. Added ability to designate one receiver on the network to be the
master receiver. Master receiver can
be manually tuned or used in a scanning mode. When a signal is
received SignalTrack will set all receivers on the network to the
frequency of the master receiver.
3. Added ability to set up receiver memory scan banks and initiate
receiver scanning
4. Improved logging by adding the logging of text messages and the
logging of estimated positions
6. Added 56 bit DES encryption for transmitted messages
7. Added estimated position averaging
8. Added support for a celluar modem connection that can be used by
mobiles or remotely located fixed sites
to transmit data to the network control site.

SignalTrack.
3. For mobile applictions, before installing SignalTrack it is
suggested that you uninstall AutoTrack.

5. After installing SignalTrack in a mobile application (DDF6002) we
suggest you read the configuration wizard
chapter of the manual or help file to help you understand how to
setup SignalTrack in a mobile installation.
